Brainfactory / Women in Technology

So, you want to build your own company and start earning real money? This is what I do for a living: I help to develop companies by getting them more clients and making their sales bigger. If you can't find clients who could afford your services, if you are tired with constant comparing to other providers and lost battles for your prices and working conditions - Hey, I'm your girl! I can help you solving these problems.

I walked this way which is ahead of you. I started as a full-time employee and freelancer in my spare time and now I'm a business partner in company working for companies all around the globe: EU, USA or Australia. I faced all the problems you are facing now: low budgets, accountancy complications, lack of trust or unjust agreements. I learned that it is all simply about another human. Banners, CI colours, logo, beautiful ad layout - they do not sell your services. Only you can sell them. And that means it is not enough to be good in programming or design. You also must learn how to sell. It's a though job, but how exciting!

beautiful in its simplicity ideas as REST and NoSQL, only to abandon them to

Allegro

I work for Allegro Group for over 8 years already, last 4 of those as a user experience researcher. In the process of designing and developing solutions I am somewhere between designers and programmers, and people who are forced to use their products - Allegro buyers and sellers. I believe in data, not only quantitative. To relax after work I jump out of the planes.

Tomasz Ronda

For the last 12 years I focus on creating usable digital solutions, supporting companies and organisations in better understanding of their customers' needs. During this time I had opportunity to work in 4 countries, for 7 companies (from startup to big corporations), on projects from very different areas (from kid's games to web portals for engineering companies). I will be glad to share my knowledge on user centered design, service design and design thinking. In practical terms: how to do user research, user experience design and user testing

Women in Technology

Tried a lot of different paths she found her professional fulfilment in programming - she gave herself over to it. She is a developer in IT, she codes in different curious languages, as e.g. Delphi. Her hobbies are creating websites and playing with computer graphics. She believes in the rule: “to want means to can”. After hours she fulfills herself as an organiser in Women in Technology - with pleasure she organises events, that help women to start-up and develop in IT. She inspires people to make their dreams come true. She spends her free time lying on a mat and training kick boxing or doing crossfit.
