Team Leader/Product Database Administrator at Arrow Services Sp. z o.o.
Ania is a Jagiellonian University graduate in English Studies and International Management. She started her professional career at the financial corporation, where she learnt the intricacies of big business. After two years, she decided to try the unknown and since over a year, she has been eagerly exploring the world of IT through the eyes of Scrum and Agile.

Currently, she leads a team of product database administrators who manage ERP system of the international distributor of IT products. After hours, she helps organize Unconf meetups and conference. She fully agrees with
the statement that lack of communication leads to frustration, that's why she greatly values Agile transparency, both in her professional and private life.
Her friends call her a typical “Polish Mother”. She is a huge fan of Minions and Robert Lewandowski.

Taking into account her life experience, she can readily answer the below questions:
How to survive in a big city when you come from the so called “hamlet”*?
How to reprogram yourself from Jane Austen’s language to the developers’ slang?
How to overcome cultural differences and break the communication barrier between the UK and France?
How to take a chance and all of a sudden emigrate from Poland to Ukraine?
How to make use of Agile mindset and lead remotely the happiest team in the company?
How not to become crazy with all of these going on? :)
